In our cooking classes we use USDA Process Verified Natural Pork. You'll learn how to cut the pork into appropriate size and shape for roasting.



What Can You Learn?



You'll learn the professional technique for tenderising, marinating, roasting and glazing BBQ pork.



Cha Siu/ BBQ Pork



You don't need to have a commercial roasting drum, you still can prepare high quality Chinese BBQ food same as what you can get in good Chinese restaurants.



Yangzhou fried rice



While waiting for the BBQ pork to cook, you'll learn this signature Cantonese egg fried rice with BBQ pork, shrimp and spring onion.
