All our classes are hands on cooking classes. A lot of preparation work is required before we can start a lesson. We have to confirm the number of class participants, order ingredient and prepare course material for you.
All applicants have to complete full payment to confirm their booking before they can attend our classes. We don't accept walk in or last minute registration.
We only accept maximum 4 applicants in each class, availability of space is by first come first serve. If you are interested in joining our class, please reserve and confirm for it in advance. As we never overbook any of our classes.
Registration Procedure: We don't accept walk in or last minute application. To check availability, please email us the name and date of lesson you select, your full name, country of residence and phone number for registration. We'll definitely give you a feedback by email within same day.
Payment Instructions Email: If space is available, we'll send a payment instruction email to you. Please check junk mailbox if you don't receive our reply within 24 hours. If you still can't find our email, please give us a call or approach us with your personal email address, as some company email servers may block our email.
Payment Deadline: To confirm your booking, please follow the instructions in our email and pay before payment deadline. If we don't receive your payment receipt before payment deadline specified, your booking will be cancelled without further notice.
If you apply just about 2 weeks before date of lesson, your payment deadline will be less than 48 hours from the time we receive your booking request.
Payment Methods: Local applicants have to pay by local bank transfer to our bank account or by PayPal with credit card.
Overseas applicants can only pay by PayPal with credit card. If you plan to join our cooking class, please register a PayPal account and get your credit card verified.
Applicants have to responsible for all the bank charge or service charge required in the transaction.
Cancellation policy: Reschedule request will definitely not be accepted. If cancellation is required from your side, cancellation charge will definitely be applied. No exemption from our cancellation policy can be made, no matter what the reason is. Please don't ask me for exemption.
As there are just maximum four vacancies in each class. It's not fair to our workshop and other students who are really interested in joining our lesson, if you reserved for a place then simply request to change it to another date later.
Cancellation charge: The following Cancellation Charge will be deducted accordingly when you decided to withdraw your reservations or reschedule your lesson.
More than 150 days before lesson starts: 15% of lesson fee.
Within 61 to 150 days before lesson starts: 25% of lesson fee. Within 31 to 60 days before lesson starts: 50% of lesson fee. Within 15 to 30 days before lesson starts: 75% of lesson fee. Within 14 days before lesson starts: 100% of lesson fee (i.e. no refunds)
Reschedule request won't be accepted at all: If you try to cancel your booking due to unforeseen conditions such as weather (For example: Gale or Typhoon Signal, Rain Storm Signal etc is in forced.), war, flight cancellation and your own personal business, there won't be refund at all. Please note, we really mean what we said, please don't give us a call and ask for reschedule or refund.
In past years, a lot of students still came for their scheduled cooking lessons, even when the No. 9 or 10 Typhoon Signal, Black Rain Storm Signal was in forced; As the MTR trains still running. Therefore, we won't cancel any of our cooking classes even if No. 10 Typhoon signal is hoisted.
Since students have already paid for their cooking classes and the weather forecast is not always accurate, so all the preparation work for the classes has to be completed as usual even when we know there maybe a typhoon on the day of their lesson.
We have to make sure everything is ready for your class. However, you must consider whether it's really worth to go out at your own risk to attend our cooking class at bad weather. Please note, we're not responsible for any unpredictable accident which may happen to you during your journey to and from our kitchen.
