| Half Day Cooking Class for kids | |||||||||||||
In this two half day classes, the kids will learn how to do steaming, stir fry and pan fry. They will learn basic technique for preparing some Chinese rice and noodle dishes at home and something more than that.... 
  Half Day Cooking Class A: From 2pm to 5pm1. Braised Yi Fu noodle with mushroom, bean sprout, yellow chives and oyster sauce (Practical) 2. Steam rice with chicken, mushroom and Chinese sausage (Group practical) 3. Pan fried fish fillet with sweet corn and egg drop sauce (Demonstration)  Half Day Cooking Class B: From 2pm to 5pm1. Egg fried rice with bbq pork, shrimp, carrot, peas and spring onion (Practical) 2. Braised wheat noodle with pork, shrimp, mushroom, cabbage and assorted vegetables (Group practical) 3. Stir fry wheat noodle with mushroom and assorted vegetables(Demonstration)  
Notice:1. The ending time for each cooking session may vary with the number of students in the class. 2. If you want to take away the food which you prepare, you have to bring your own food containers. 3. Advance registration is required by email.
