Full Day Hong Kong Bread Making Lesson

Hong Kong local bread has its own characteristic texture. It's very different from the bread available in western countries. Some of our students from western countries may find that the bread in Hong Kong are too soft and light, however, this's what it should be. This is the characteristic of Hong Kong style bread.

In this hands on lesson, you will learn how to bake 5 types of Hong Kong Special Bread. No flour enhancer or improver will be added to your dough. During the class, you have to knead and prove the dough, prepare different types of filling, shape and bake the bread; all with your own hands. No dough kneading machine will be provided to you during the lesson, you have to knead all the dough with your own hands.

Class size: Minimum 2 to maximum 6 students in one class. Availability of space is by first come first serve. Last minute application won't be accepted.

Class Schedule: From 10:30am to 6:00pm. Year round.

5. Cheung Tsai Bao/Sausage rolls

Notice:
1. The ending time for each cooking session may vary with the number of students in the class.
2. If you want to take away the food which you prepare, please bring some food containers.
