Evening Thai Cookery Beginner Course

In this evening Thai cookery course, you'll learn the knowledge about the use of Thai herbs and seasoning ingredient, the technique in preparing curry paste and dipping sauce, the proper stir fry technique, deep fry technique and importance in how to preserve the ingredient.

Cost: HK$900 per person per lesson, ingredients included.

Class Size: Mininum 2, maximum 6 students in one class.

Class schedule: From 7pm to 10pm

This course is on-going. You can join any lesson at anytime. Just pick and select the date of lesson from our timetable.

Demonstration Tom Yam Koong/Hot and sour shrimp soup with Thai herbs and mushroom
Practical Phad Thai/Stir fry Thai rice noodles with shrimp and homemade Phad Thai sauce
Practical Crispy shrimp cake
