Minimum 2 to maximum 6 students in one class. Availability of space is by first come first serve. Last minute application won't be accepted.
Class schedule: From 7pm to 10pm.
Lesson ONE
| Demonstration | Cantonese style sweet and sour pork with pineapple and peppers |
| Demonstration | Crispy fish fillet with ginger, garlic and sweet and sour pickle sauce |
| Practical | Egg fried rice with bbq pork, shrimp, peas and spring onion |
| Date of lesson | Every Monday evening from 7pm to 10pm |
Lesson TWO:
| Demonstration | Eggplant and fish fillet with chili garlic bean sauce on sizzling plate |
| Demonstration | Sichuan style braised mung bean vermicelli with minced pork and eggplant |
| Practical | Chicken and celery stir fry with chili garlic bean sauce |
| Date of lesson | Every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 10pm |
Lesson THREE:
| Demonstration | Crispy chicken in lemon sauce |
| Demonstration | Pork Chop and onion in Hong Kong fruity sauce |
| Practical | Singaporean stir fry rice noodle with bbq pork, shrimp, assorted vegetables |
| Date of lesson | Every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 10pm |
Lesson Four:
| Demonstration | Stir fry string bean with pork, dried shrimp and Szechuan pickled vegetables |
| Demonstration | Kung Pao chicken/ Stir fry diced chicken with chili and peanut Szechuan style |
| Practical | Fujian style stir fry wheat noodle with pork, shrimp, egg and assorted vegetables |
| Date of lesson | Every Thursday evening from 7pm to 10pm |
Notice:1. The ending time for each cooking session may vary with the number of students in the class.
2. If you want to take away the food that you cook, please bring some food containers.
3. Advance registration is required by email.
